       Production Wastewater Treatment:

       The company uses two advanced wastewater treatment systems, with capacities of 25t/h and 20t/h, respectively, and a total daily treatment capacity of 1080 tons. Currently, the wastewater treatment facilities process 400-500 tons of wastewater daily, fully meeting production needs and ensuring that all emissions comply with strict environmental protection standards.

       Waste Gas Treatment:

       The main waste gases we deal with include hydrogen chloride, non-methane hydrocarbons, and boiler flue gas. To ensure that the emissions meet regulatory standards, the company employs chemical methods, such as catalysts, and physical methods, such as incineration, to effectively purify the waste gases. Thanks to these techniques, the actual emissions of the plant are significantly lower than the national environmental standards, demonstrating our efforts and commitment to environmental protection.

       Noise Management:

       Noise generated during production is an important issue for the company. To minimize the impact on the surrounding environment, we have implemented noise monitoring at the plant boundaries to ensure compliance with national standards. According to the monitoring data, the average noise level during the day is 55.9dB(A), below the national standard of 65dB, and the average noise level at night is 46.3dB(A), below the standard of 55dB. This fully meets environmental protection requirements.

       Solid Waste Management:

       The company’s solid waste mainly consists of waste mineral oil. We strictly follow relevant laws and regulations to collect and dispose of waste mineral oil. All waste is handled by qualified units, and transfer slips are issued. To ensure safe disposal, the company has established a hazardous waste storage facility, with corrosion and seepage prevention measures. The facility is equipped with an oil collection pit to address potential leakage risks.
