       Early Development Stage:

Founded in 1984 in Liaoning Province, the company initially set up its own factories, including powder coating plants and modified plastics plants. At the same time, the company collaborated with the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to establish a production entity, which provided a solid industrial foundation for the company.

       Pioneering Stage:

From 1990 to 2000, the company gradually expanded its business scope, increasing production investments and establishing several specialized catalyst factories. During this period, the company achieved several national honors, including:

       - 1990: Established the CS-1 polypropylene catalyst industrialization factory.

       - 1996: Established China’s first spherical polypropylene catalyst industrialization factory (CS-2 type).

       - 1998: The company was listed as a key high-tech enterprise by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

       - 2000: Obtained ISO 9001 quality system certification.

       Progressive Expansion Stage:

From 2000 to 2006, the company made continuous breakthroughs in technology, achieving pioneering results and successfully launching several new catalyst production lines, such as:

       - 2001: Listed as a successful industrial base for the national "863" program.

       - 2004: Successfully built China’s first nickel-hydrogen/lithium battery separator production line.

       - 2006: Established an industrialized production line for titanium tetrachloride.

       Rapid Growth Stage:

After 2010, the company accelerated the layout of its polyolefin catalyst industry chain, forming a complete production chain covering core catalyst products, basic raw materials, and related downstream products.

Currently, the company owns world-leading technologies in the XYA series of acrylonitrile catalysts, XYP series propane dehydrogenation catalysts with independent intellectual property rights, XY-T type triethylaluminum, alkylphenol series, XYK antioxidants, composite antioxidants, and specialized stabilizer series.
