Who Are We?

       Shanghai EJ Catalyst Co., Ltd. was established in August 2023 in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai. We specialize in the sales of new catalyst materials, auxiliaries, and chemical products. Our products are primarily sourced from Liaoning Xiangyang Kehua Group, the largest domestic producer of polyolefin catalysts and a leading supplier of acrylonitrile and propane dehydrogenation catalysts in China.

       Our headquarters is located at No. 97, Lane 383, Zizhu Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai.

       Technical Strength

       In 1998, Xiangyang Kehua Group was recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a key high-tech enterprise. In 2001, the company established its own provincial R&D center, the Liaoning Polymer Research Institute, and formed a platform for industry-university-research cooperation with institutions like the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, and other research institutes and universities. This self-established R&D platform enables continuous technological innovation and product optimization.

       Over the years, the company has won 35 national scientific research awards, obtained 60 domestic and international patents, including 6 U.S. patents and 8 PCT patents, which have helped the company maintain a leading position in both technology and market scale.

       Quality Assurance

       The company has established a comprehensive quality management and control system. All products undergo strict quality testing and evaluation, passing both external and internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system. In 2000, the company passed the ISO 9001 quality system certification. Since then, the company has continuously improved its quality management system to ensure product quality while minimizing environmental pollution.

       Business Scope

       We primarily focus on the sales of professional catalysts related to the polyolefin industry. Our products come from Liaoning Xiangyang Kehua Group, which has independent intellectual property rights and a complete patent system. The company operates 12 production plants, including flagship catalyst products such as CS series polypropylene catalysts, XY series polyethylene catalysts, world-leading XYA series acrylonitrile catalysts, XYP series propane dehydrogenation catalysts, XY-T type triethylaluminum, alkylphenol series, XYK antioxidants, composite antioxidants, and specialized stabilizers.

       Our domestic major clients include well-known enterprises such as China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, China National Coal Group, China Shenhua, Zhejiang Petrochemical, Wanhua Chemical Group, and more.

       In-house Provincial R&D Center

       In 2001, the company established the Liaoning Polymer Research Institute and built an industry-university-research cooperation platform with several universities and research institutes. The platform is equipped with top-class analytical laboratories and large-scale equipment. Over the years, the company has invested heavily in recruiting outstanding talents and acquiring advanced research instruments and production equipment, including JSM-7800F high-resolution scanning electron microscopes, SAXSess X-ray small-angle scattering instruments, Bruker 400M NMR, NOVA surface area and pore size analyzers, and MALVERN laser particle size analyzers.

       The group owns two catalyst pilot plants and a catalyst polymerization testing plant with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons of polypropylene. The company has the equipment for all stages, from small-scale trials to pilot and industrial-scale production.
